Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mustard Seed Media website at mustardseedmedia.org (the "Site") or purchasing any products or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Mustard Seed Media is an outreach ministry of The Worship Center Christian Church ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Accounts

To purchase content or access a subscription, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Digital Downloads — License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital download, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the purpose described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, this license includes:

• Personal and congregational use within your church or ministry
• Unlimited screenings at your church location(s) for animated films
• Use in small groups, Sunday services, and ministry events

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the content to third parties
• Broadcasting or streaming to audiences outside your church without written permission
• Uploading content to public platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.) without written permission
• Modifying, editing, or creating derivative works without written permission
• Using content for commercial purposes outside of ministry use

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide access to content libraries on a recurring billing basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• No partial refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
• Content availability: Subscription content is subject to change. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content in the subscription library.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, with notice for subscription price changes as described above. All sales of digital downloads are final once the download link has been delivered.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
• The digital file is corrupted or unplayable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
• You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including videos, images, text, logos, and curriculum materials — is owned by or licensed to Mustard Seed Media and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. The limited license granted in Section 3 is the full extent of your rights to use purchased content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Share your account credentials with others to circumvent subscription fees
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or access content in bulk

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mustard Seed Media and The Worship Center Christian Church shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
