How do I access my purchased videos?

After completing your purchase, go to your Account page and click the 'Downloads' tab. All your purchased videos will be listed there with download and streaming options. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a direct link.

Can I download videos to watch offline?

Yes! All purchased videos are available for download. On your Downloads page, click the download button next to any video. Downloads are for personal or ministry use only and may not be redistributed.

How long do I have access to my purchased videos?

Purchased videos are yours to keep. Once you buy a video, you have lifetime access to download and stream it from your account at any time.

I purchased a video but can't find it in my downloads.

First, make sure you're logged in with the same email address used during checkout. Then visit Account → Downloads. If the video still doesn't appear, please contact us via the Support form and include your order confirmation email so we can resolve it quickly.

What video formats are available?

Videos are delivered as high-quality MP4 files, compatible with all major devices, media players, presentation software (ProPresenter, EasyWorship, MediaShout), and church projection systems.
