Yes! All purchased videos are available for download. On your Downloads page, click the download button next to any video. Downloads are for personal or ministry use only and may not be redistributed.
Purchased videos are yours to keep. Once you buy a video, you have lifetime access to download and stream it from your account at any time.
First, make sure you're logged in with the same email address used during checkout. Then visit Account → Downloads. If the video still doesn't appear, please contact us via the Support form and include your order confirmation email so we can resolve it quickly.

The R&R (Roots & Revelation) Library is a subscription that gives you access to a growing collection of kids discipleship curriculum. New episodes unlock on a drip schedule after you subscribe, so you always have fresh content to engage with.
When you subscribe to the R&R Library, episodes unlock progressively over time — typically one new episode per week. You'll receive an email notification each time a new episode becomes available. This pacing is intentional to support a steady rhythm of renewal.
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Go to Account → Subscriptions and click 'Manage Billing.' This will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update payment details, or view billing history. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
A 'past due' status means your most recent payment attempt failed. This is usually due to an expired card or insufficient funds. Go to Account → Subscriptions and click 'Update Payment Method' to update your billing details. Stripe will automatically retry the payment once updated.
Subscription pausing is available through the Stripe Customer Portal. Go to Account → Subscriptions → Manage Billing to access pause options. Note that pausing stops new episode unlocks until you resume.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processor. We do not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. All transactions are encrypted with TLS/SSL.
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Yes! All Mustard Seed Media videos are licensed for church and ministry use. You may show them in services, small groups, Bible studies, and ministry events. The license is for the purchasing organization.
Videos are licensed for the purchasing individual or organization only. You may not upload them to YouTube, Vimeo, or other public platforms, or share download links with others. If you need a multi-site or broadcast license, please contact us.
Minor edits for local use (adding your church logo, trimming for time) are permitted. Significant modifications, rebranding, or reselling the content is not permitted without written permission.
